Shipping Policy

All parcels are sent using NZ Post in compostable or recycled / repurposed packaging.. We respect your choice to shop as sustainably as possible - so we will not include any frilly extras or unnecessary 'unboxing' materials. We know you will still enjoy unwrapping your new-to-you goodies without the need for more waste.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the preloved nature of most goods on this site, all sales are final. Many items are sold on behalf of other Clients on Consignment so the return of items is not possible.

We endeavour to describe items accurately - please ask any questions about an item BEFORE purchase to ensure you're buying for your wants & needs. We're happy to help you find the preloved goodies of your dreams!
